Referral, current monthly tenant
One discount per reservation, and they do not stack. Military and first responder do not apply on game weekends, holidays or events. Referral credit is applied after the new tenant’s second paid month.
Good to know
Check in and out
Check out by 12:00 pm. Check in with the manager when you arrive. After hours, see the manager the next morning.
Quiet hours
10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No loud music or parties.
Campfires
No ground fires and no fireworks.
Minimum stays
Two nights for game weekends, events, holidays and graduation. Three nights for the Texas game on November 27.
Pets
Free. Two per site. Leashed, kenneled or inside your RV. No aggressive breeds.
Occupancy
Rates cover two. Maximum four per site.
Weekly and monthly
Not prorated. Stay the full term to get the rate.
Payment
No cash. Pay online, or by check or money order to Twin City Properties. Online booking fee is $10.
Rig age, monthly
Fifteen years or newer. Older rigs considered with photos.
LONG-TERM & SEASONAL
Monthly stays are month to month. Sites are not guaranteed beyond 60 days, and long-term guests may be asked to move based on availability. Call the office and we will tell you what is open.

We’re minutes from Texas A&M and a straight shot from the highway. Call for office hours, site availability, or a hand getting pointed in the right direction.
Office hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm. Saturday 9 am to 12 pm. Closed Sunday.
